What decides which apps you see when opening powerapps on phone?

Hello

 

I have a user who has access to several SharePoint areas and Power apps in different tenants, either as an owner or a guest. 

When selecting which app to open on a phone, i can only see apps from one tenant and am unable to change tenant. How do i accually change tenant so i can Access all the apps?

    At the moment you can only access apps that are within CDS instances within the user's azure tenant.

     

    I believe there is an idea to resolve this and it's being looked at.
