PowerApps - APP lookup field crash every days

Hi ALL!

I have circa 25 screens app. I am every day fix all error in app, but next morning open Power Apps, and have many error in app 😞

Usually the lookup field is crash. The fix it solution only delete 1 bracket / field in Item function, and rewrite bracket, and error is done. If not fix it, running app screen see it this:

What could be the problem?

This is similar to what is happening to us across all our environments.

Microsoft what is happening?!!

I am yet to recieve a response apart from "refresh the data" which doesn't work!

A response would be great from somebody from MS,

I raised this over a week ago and yet to hear a thing.... This is affecting live systems!!!
