What to do when I encounter this error as I click submit form to modify data from SharePoint list?

    What I'd recommend here is that you run Monitor and recreate the error.
     
    From monitor, you should hopefully see more details beyond 'An unknown error' which would help you pinpoint the precise reason.

    1. Check data type of Your Columns 
    2. Required Column In SharePoint Need to fill
