I have been asked to recreate the Office Shared Calendar into D365. The Outlook system has been in place for some time and we want to use its information in D365.

Logically, we simply want to keep track of meeting dates. The Next Meeting and Last Meeting Date.

Ideally, we could hop into any Account and see the custom Form Fields saying Next Meeting & Last Meeting Date. Ideally, when Next Meeting day becomes today and passes, it would move itself into Last Meeting Date, and Next Meeting would look for the next meeting.

I am just not sure where to start. I don't know how to simply move values around.

My supervisors have given me two weeks to determine whether or not this can be done. So, I am on a bit of a crunch.

Can you please advise?
