Flow Fails When Running Power App from iOS.

I have a simple PowerApp that captures an image and posts it OneDrive. I have a Flow that copies the file to a folder, based on input from the PowerApp and then sends a notification email to a specified group email. The flow works fine when triggered from a PC using Windows 10. However, the email functionality fails when using PowerApps on an iOS v10.3.3 device. Below is the flow and the error message. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @Anonymous,

Just from the error message, it should be an error with the connections, please verify the corresponding connection is well configured.

Also, make sure the client side have the proper account signed in with the corresponding service.

If available, would you please share the formula used in PowerApps here?

I think the issue here may also related with the field inputs within PowerApps.
