Sending emails from shared mailbox to multiple recipients identified in SP-list FAILS

Hi all,

Hope someone will be able to support me. Please note I am an absolute amateur so I would appreciate a step by step solution to this issue.

Here it is:

I have a sharepoint list to keep track of my work. In it I add the business partners, country, sector etc... The business partner is a lookup field connected to 365 company repository.

I created a flow now, that is triggered once I submit a new entry. That flow should generate a email from a shared mailbox including the attachments added in the SharePoint list.

The issue I am no facing is that it sends an email to each individual business partners via a loop.

I have attached print screens for your review.

I just need one email to be sent to all of the identified business partners, regardless of the number of countries selected in the SP-list, or the number of attachments.
Thank you.
Best
B.

What you need to do is the following:
    1. Create a string variable named emailAddresses (you can name it whatever you want). This variable will be used to populate the “To” field in your email.
    2. Identify the correct “Apply to each” action where the email addresses are being processed. Since you have multiple “Apply to each” actions, you’ll need to decide which one contains the email addresses.
    3. Add an “Append to string variable” action within the identified “Apply to each” action. Populate this variable with the email address field and make sure to follow each email address with a semicolon (;). This will collect all the email addresses into one value, separated by semicolons.
    4. Move the email action outside of all the “Apply to each” actions. This ensures that only one email is sent, containing all the collected email addresses.
    5. Create additional variables if needed to store other values you want to use in the email. For these values, use a string variable and overwrite the prior value as the “Apply to each” iterates. The last value processed will be used in the email.

@David_MA Thank you for your reply David. I'll have a look and start working on it. I hope I can figure it out as this is a bit complicated and I am really new to this. Will keep you posted on my progress. Thanks again.
