How do I automate Microsoft Lists to update based on Emails sent

Hello!

I am trying to use Microsoft Lists as a contact management system.  I want to create a flow that does one of the following:

1) Every time I send an email to specific contacts, I would like it to update the list to reflect the date of last contact

2) Manually trigger a flow to search my email and update the list with the date of last contact for each contact emailed

Thank you!

@v-Jefferni helped me last time but the link to the answer is broken :,(

The easiest way to achieve this would be to add a button flow in your Microsoft listing. You can click it trigger and email and update the current item.
You could either simply use the context menu to run the flow or use JSON formatting for a better user experience.

Would I have to add a button flow to every single contact?  Or could I just have one button that scans my email for every entry in a given list?

You need to just add a column to your Contact list that will be formatted to appear like a button.
When clicked, this button will trigger a Power Automate flow to notify the selected contact and record that a notification has been sent.

Would you be willing/able to write out the instructions for me or attach some screenshots?  I'm very new to Power Automate and I bit off a little more than I can chew!

    Thank you!!

See attached screenshot; I had to redact sensitive data so let me know if you have any questions.

Essentially I would like it to be able to scan my email sent folder, and update the DAte Last Contacted (and last activity if possible) to have the date that I last reached out to any email in the list
