hi, I'm using power automate to build a pdf out of the responses of a form in an app.

The flow first gets the text on html. buid a word file with that html. up to this point the word file looks perfect .

the template has some tickboxes

but when I convert to PDF it changes to blank squares.

I have tried with different methods to convert to PDF.

one drive

Encodian

both with same results.

any suggestions on what I need so the checkboxes show correctly. if I print to PDF manually from word online the document shows correct.

@Luisa_Morales You might need to adjust your font. Try using the Arial font for the checkmark âœ“.

I just gave it a test on my end and it works.
