Get Calendar ID of another user

Hi:

Trying to get the calendar ID of another user who has shared their calendar but cannot seem to find the right formula.

We have the emails of the attendees but need to use that to get the calendar ID so we can edit that particular users calendar.

Once we have the ID need to filter the selection based on start and end dates and the location field.

Would appreciate any help.

Best Regards

Chuck

    Hey you can use the Outlook Connector wih this action:

    Office365Outlook.CalendarGetTablesV2()

    You can collect it an dthen search with the displayname for the correct user.

    This Formula will return all the calendars that are shared with you and are added to your outlook app.

    Thank you that worked.  Is there a way to get an ID on a calendar that is not shared?  Working on a calendar that uses a custom calendar to pool all events and users are assigned required and optional.  If an event that is either stand alone or recurring is cancelled needed a way to retrieve all who had those events placed on their calendars so they can be updated.  So is the only way currently to have those calendars shared ?

    Thank you again, appreciate the help

    If you are a global admin there are ways to do it but only inside your organization. However i wouldn't recommend doing it since it can bear high risks. It is far easier doing it how you explained it with the extra Calendar with whom you are also able to cancel meetings for everyone.

    Ok.  In this case the app puts the events on the users specific calendar when created.  So a person sets up an event (can be recurring) and ONLY the originator can modify or delete the event.  So each person who was included in the original needs to be updated.  So looks like those users would have to share their calendar to make this work.

    Will try that, thanks again.
