Power Automate approval not sent to approver's outlook

I created an approval in an automate flow and the approval goes to outlook for some emails but for others the approval goes only to Teams.

 

Does anyone know the solution to this problem?

    @Amachadog Normally approval goes to both places. I recommend you to track approval email for your user in MS Exchange at that particular timestamps. So you can know are they getting approval or not. sometime such mails forwarded to different email id. there could be a multiple reason for such cases.
