Is it possible to run a powerautomate desktop flow in picture in picture and within unattended mode?

I don't believe so. This is primarily designed for attended flows where you can continue to use your machine while your attended flow is running. This creates a remote desktop session on your device and I don't think you can create an RDP within an unattended flow.
