Requested by creator of flow - creating a specific email for the flow

I have recently created a Leave request flow and it was originally saying the leave was requested by me (the creator) instead of the employee who applied.

I have since been able to change this, through these discussions which is good. But one of the suggestions I found when looking was to create an email for the flow such as noreplyflow@blah.com.....something along those lines. I actually like this idea as it also says the emails being sent are coming from me (such as to say their leave has been approved) and so it would be good to have it from a general email.

I have two questions regarding this:

1. I have already created and completed a flow and it is quite complex. If I create a new email and want to have the flow from this email instead, will I have to basically start over or is there a way that I can transfer it so I don't have to start over?
2. If I create a new email and have it sent from there, can it be an Unlicensed Microsoft account?

Cany anyone help?
Thanks

    Hi @nels99 ,

Flow sends emails using the login of the person who established the connection.

You can either change the connection to a service account or use a shared mailbox.

The first one does not require you to add/delete actions, you can simply create a new connection utilising a service account.

The second option will require you to swap email actions with a Shared mailbox actions.

Ok, so can it be an Unlicensed account? I know that my account has Sharepoint admin permissions but I am unsure if it has a shared mailbox or anything as I don't use it to send emails?

It wouldn't require admin role, might require a license.
