Powerapps Add existing items like azure board

Hi, I am creating similar board to Azure board in powerapps, I want to create "Add existing items" feature similar to Azure board. How to add this option in Add Work Item Screen to link item with other item? Using Patch? or is there any way. Regards

    you can use column lets say parent column in list.

    than you can give users option to select from dropdown and update item in Parent column.using patch
