Blank pages on approval flow

Hi, new user to Power Automate here! I set up a flow from an MS form which send the response for approval. But the link goes to a blank page. It shows the response number but it doesn't show me the form submission to see what i'm approving. What am i doing wrong? Screenshot 2024-05-24 at 11.00.13.png

Also could you show what parameters which u have added in start an approval action ?

Hi @Nived_Nambiar

Have included the screenshot of start an approval action.

Also included a screenshot of the link received on a teams notification for approval. The automation for approval goes to the right people (email address removed for this purpose) but the page, when clicked so people can see the details of the MS form are blank.

Any advice gratefully received. First time I've ever used this. I'm not a techie!

Could you try adding form response content into the Details field of approval action- by which user /approver can see submitted details so they can approve 🙂

I know see the details in a pop up but in one long line, no breaks so hard to read. But the web page still shows blank.

Hi @SerentipityPHOP

Providing response id in item id does not help as it is not url of ms form submitted. As i don't think there is a URL which helps to get submitted details of MS form. So better way would be to add the response details in details field as shown below

Details field support markdown and the above result look like below

Still you can add extra line space as well. Refer below link for markdown usage in details field
