Excel Filter Array for Empty Values in Several Columns

Building upon a flow that I am using to look for forms that are expiring in a given amount of time. I want to filter out the empty values for each column and based on my research, it seems possible to do within a single filter array with the 'and' function.

I am also curious if this is possible to do in a second filter array that will filter only for dates that are equal to or less than the current month.

I could just as easily have 3 identical flows that will filter out both empty cells and dates that come after this month, however that means I will need to send out 3 separate emails to notify of each form expiring. I would like for it to all be within a singular email.

For reference, this is my flow without adding the column for form B or form C that I would be duplicating twice to get only cells with values less than or equal to current month.

I could always just do a huge chain of Filter Arrays however I don't think that's the most optimal gameplan. Thank you in advance for any help you can provide!
