Is it possible to launch a PowerApp app with an AI Builder component in an environment where AI Builder is not licensed?
Whether an error message displayed or will be the launch of the entire PowerApp app denied?

The PowerApp will work, but the AI Builder component should fail eventually. In the short term the AI Builder components are for scenarios that don't require an AI Builder license. So as long as the env you are running has the AI Builder model imported in it with the app, it should work. Once your model goes GA and you dont sign up for trial or paid license, then the app will still succeed to run but the component in the app will fail. Let me know if this doesn't answer your question.
