Hi there,

I got 2 SP list that currently lookup to one another.

First link store most of the info and second list will be another set but I will pull the lookup from a column called "Case ID".

I want to Power Automate to create item into the first SP with few column, example Date and Dept. Once this is done, I want to create another item at different SP but this SP is using the "Case ID" as lookup source.

In short, the second SP sould have the first Case ID together with Date and Dept lookup into second SP.

I able to do so half bake by using "Case ID id" but it does not pull the Date and Dept that I plan to lookup. I just bluntly use "Case ID" value but it wont allow me.

Any help would be appreaciated!

Based on your screen shot, it seems like you're trying to populate the list's built-in Id column with the value of your Case ID. You need to create a separate column to store that value and it will need to be a string value based on what you are trying to populate ("C-1111122222"). Depending on what else you want to do in your workflow, you may also need to ensure that this column contains unique values.
