But when i have more than 500 lines in my excell online i can't filter the data from line number 500....

I increase the limits for 2000 on powerapps but it's still very little limit.

    @a10703ant

    Delegation!  This is how you access records beyond the 2000 record limit.

    However, you cannot delegate to Excel, so you will always be limited with that datasource.

    I would suggest moving to SharePoint or beyond.

    I hope this is helpful for you.

    Hello. Thanks for your quick response. How can I work with this in sharepoint? The sharepoint list has a maximum limit of 5000 records too....

    Thank you

    @a10703ant Thats not true. Sharepoint can handle up to 30 Mio Items.

    Manage large lists and libraries (microsoft.com)

    Sharepoint lists?

    I saw this:

    "

    Microsoft introduced the 5,000 view limit on the document library with SharePoint 2010 for one purpose — to maintain the performance of the document library and its servers. In the past, the classic library became unusable once the limit has been passed.

    But since Microsoft introduced the modern experience, along with its new document library, SharePoint can now tolerate large volumes of data. However, even if you can now upload more than 20,000 documents without freezing the library, the viewing limit still applies."

    @a10703ant yes. Sharepoint lists can have up to 30 Mio items. The limit of 5000 is a list view threshold especially when working in classic ui.

    @a10703ant when you have the right indexes in place everything  is fine. I have a few apps which are connected to a sharepoint lists with more than 200k items.
