Need Assistance with Results Exists

Hi, I need to get "Result Exists " when Company column selected any value and Managerstatus is "Pending".

Here company is lookup column it will get values from 'MasterList' and Managerstatus is dropdown column not lookup column. Forms is in 'PWList'.
