Canvas Based App development is working fine in both web and studio version of powerapps. But Model-driven version is not working in the web version. In the powerapp studio of windows, the option is not available.
Hi @summitb,
The Model-Driven design mode is only supported in powerapps.com (PowerApps Web Portal) currently, if you would like this feature to be added in PowerApps Studio for Windows, please submit an idea to PowerApps Ideas Forum:

I have made a test on my side, the Model-Driven design mode is availabe within my PowerApps Web Protal. Please check if you have enabled Common Data Service within your PowerApps environment.
In addition, you could also take a try to create a new environment within your PowerApps and then check if the Model-Driven design model is available for your web version of PowerApps.
Best regards,
Kris
Hi, @v-xida-msft I've tried to do in the web studio as well. It is not working there as well. I have attached the screenshot.
I was using Ubuntu when this issue happen. Switched it to Windows and things are smooth since then.
