Connecting to a Custom view

I have more than 7500 records in my Sharepoint List. I made a custom view to limit to less than 1000, can I use the custom list as my data source in PowerApps? If so, how do I get to the data source in Power apps? If not, is there a Work Around for the 5000 limit?

Hi @KeithG,

Are you working with PowerApps? Do you want to show the filtered items in the list on PowerApps?

Currently, Microsoft flow doesn’t support SharePoint list custom view. While you could consider using functions for filtering, sorting, etc. to focus on needed items.

Yes, I want to show the filtered items in the sharepoint list to use with PowerApps and my list has over 7500 customers service records. I get a warning that I am over the 5000 limit. I am using PowerApps with a mobile phone apps/
