Would love to understand why I'm receiving Bad Gateway for 1 user

We use a work request form for anyone to submit work to a separate team. Out of everyone using this form, only 1 person has reported this issue.  I've removed the users email for privacy reasons.

    Does the person have a special character in their name like O'Toole?

    Could you please check if this person is a user or guest in your tenant?

    If this user is not in your tenant, you may consider adding him as a guest. If the issue is still not resolved, I suggest you consider creating a support ticket.

    As I stated. It is simply only 1 person that has managed to encounter this error and I'm trying to articulate why this person specifically failed the automation. 

     

    Each subsequent entry has been fine.

    I've made a test but not encountered the problem you mentioned.

    I suggest you first check if the date you entered is in ISO8601 format.
