Flow failed with Action 'Get_file_content_using_path'

I'm getting "Flow run failed" when using 'run after' condition...

Get File Content Using Path checks if file exists

If action failed, it should run the actions on the left (create file and send email).
If action is successful, it should run the actions on the right (create file with date stamp, send email).

After running the flow and Get File Content Using Path failed, it still created the file and sent the email -- but the flow status remains "Failed" -- is there a way around this?

Please add a Terminate (with “Succeeded” status) in the left branch and try again.

On a similar note, how do I terminate the same if the actions are inside 'apply to each?'
