Hi all,

I have one question, currently there is available trigger that will start flow manually for item in library or list on SharePoint site. I'd like to create Flow and make it available for whole tenant to be used in any library/list in site. Is there any option to do this?

As there is possible to pick Flow from public gallery. Is there any chance as mentioned in previous post here Reusing flows post. Can somebody answer me if there is still planned to create something that will be clled Organization gallery so the Flow will be findable here:

Hi vecerpa,

Do you mean that you want to create a flow and use it as a template for whole tenant in any library/list?

It seems that currently it is not possible to achieve your scenario.

I haven’t seen similar request at Flow ideas Forum, please consider creating a new one at here:

Hi @v-yamao-msft,

Yesterday I found partial workaround for this, but it is bounded to site template. There is description how there can be trigerred Flow that will repliace some template Flow to newly created site link.

But to make flow more easier to be used, I would suggest you submit the idea at Flow ideas Forum.

I created Idea - Reuse Flow
It will be nice to have such functionality.
