Hi all,

I have a flow to help me get the file name starts with XXX from sharepoint, it works smoothly for months, but turns no files these days.

I am sure that the file I need exists in the library @ the sharepoint, but the flow just give me nothing.

Here are the screenshots for your reference, pls help me figure out the solutions to this problem, thank you.

Not sure if any update to the Sharepoint or Power Automate recently?

    Hi @YTHUANG,

I have just tested a similar OData Filter query on my dev environment. The startswith seems to work with a Get Files (properties only). I cannot reproduce your behaviour. How many items do you have in your library?

Have you tried substringOf to see if that one works?

    substringof('8000',FileLeafRef)

    Below is my test btw.

    startswith2022.png

Two example files which start with 2022

    startswith2022_02.png

Response from the Get Files action with the two files I expected.

    Hi @Expiscornovus ,

    Thank you for your reply.

Actually I've also tried substringOf before but got nothing, either.

    substringof('8000',FileLeafRef)

I guess the issue came from our SharePoint, because now I execute the flow again without change anything, and it finally succeed as usual.

Thank you for your advice and I think " substringOf " is also a good way to get the file we need.
