Thank you.
I really appreciate you taking the time to reply.
In a previous app, this method worked.
So the question is why not now?
The new app has been created in Power Apps>Solutions.
I think there must be an error in the Power Apps connection to Power Automate.
Create Power Automate flow in flow. Return to Power Automate to add the flow and the flows in Power Automate are not displayed to select see below.

Open another Power App (not from Solutions) and it is possible to add any Flow from Power Automate.

Return to Power Apps (app in solutions). Click the create a flow button and rebuild the flow. The flow is displayed in Power Apps and connected. However, the connected flow fails.
Open Power Automate to view the flow history. Edit the flow in Power Automate or in Power Apps and test. Cannot get the flow to function.
Delete and create again and it fails. Yet it is an exact copy (expect flow name) of a functioning and working flow created in Power Automate.
Try to search for flow
Could not find flow '03dbdc92-c615-5752-0678-86219a2de1d1'.
code: FlowNotFound
Session ID: 7b44ae08-3828-47fa-abb0-3cf5517e8332
How can this be fixed?
