Hi,

I am new to Power Automate.

While using Power Automate Desktop - Extract Data from Web Page - I am able to preview and extract only 20 items from the website. How can I increase that 20 items to as many as I want as per the available data in the website ?

Can anyone suggest the simple procedure on how to get the complete data from the below website?

Sample Website: https://www.jpg.store/collection/bossplanet

Thanks !

    Hello Daimei.

If you use an element as a pager, Power Automate Desktop should be able to select all items that match the items specifications!

This way you'll be able to select multiple items of the same type.

Let me know if that helped!

    @Nick_Nikol

    Thanks for replying.

I am not sure when when you say "use element as a pager" - there is no page number button in the web page. Its keeps scrolling the list somewhere around 5000+. Or maybe I am not understanding what you are suggesting, by the way I am new user of power automate. Grateful, if you can explain with some graphic. Thanks!

    Yeah no problem!

It's practically the same solution described here https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Power-Automate-Desktop/Power-automate-web-extraction/td-p/862695.

You have to right click the first element and put it as a pager. That allows PAD to understand the type of data you wanna capture and will capture all of them(or as many as it can find in the CSS of the page)

Hi @Nick_Nikol - as @Daimei said - there is no pager on the site and there are only 20 items displayed.

That meant action will collect only 20 items that are displayed, not more.

So what you would need to do @Daimei is to scroll to the bottom of the page (if that's even possible) or scroll X number of times to capture minimum numbers of items.

Thanks @Nick_Nikol again but no pager on the site.

    Thanks @momlo for your input.

Test 1: Tried scrolling all the way down to capture but i got error message attached.

Test 2: This time tried to scroll maybe be 5 times down and did captured but again it had only 20 items displayed again as before.
