I'm just getting started with Power Automate and have a manually triggered flow which had problems which I have resolved / worked around. The problem now is that the button in my mobile app is still red with a notification bell.
I have read every notification (multiple times), tried deleting the flow and rewriting it, even tried uninstalling the mobile app, but the wretched button reappears in red. When I go to the Run History for the flow on my Desktop, there is only one entry there and it was successful.

This eventually resolved itself - either by being patient, or by logging out of my account through the app and then logging back in.
