any excel from email convert to csv(like a save as would do in excel)

I"m reading a shared mailbox and saving the attachment to a sharepoint site.  But they want the excel which the supplier wont save as table format, wont be consistent columns into csv format.  Basically what would happen if you open excel and save as csv.   Is there a way to do this?
