I am building a flow for two rounds approval, first round includes 1-3 approvers, what approve type should I use? some requests need one approver for first round to trigger the next level approve; some requests need more than 2 approvers to approve at first round. I am currently using first response.

    Hi @ichbinbunny ,

If you need one approver to give a response, please try with “Frist to respond”, which will move on to the following actions when a response is given.

If you need more than 2 approvers to approve the request, please try with “Everyone must approve”, which won’t move on to the next action until all the approvers give a response.

However, the type could not be changed dynamically.

In your scenario, please try to add a condition to detect whether the request needs one approver or more than 2 approvers to approve at first round, then following by approval actions with corresponding type under different situation.

Please take a try with it on your side.

    Best regards,

    Mabel
