I need to integrate Adobe Sign In with Power Automate and SharePoint.
I have logged in the Adobe with developer account.
I tried with create connectors of Adobe Sign and Adobe PDF Service.
I am unable to create connectors. It thrown me error. I have added error screenshot below,
Can anyone help me with same?

According to this thread Connect to Adobe Sign with Enterprise ID - Power Platform Community (microsoft.com), it seems the action was not working as expected.
I recommend you raise a ticket with Microsoft and attach the above thread in order to gain more awareness.
