    Hello :)

Applying sensitivity labels to emails sent via Power Automate's "Send an email (V2)" action is not directly supported. However, you can consider the following approaches to achieve this:

    1. Auto-Labeling Policies in Microsoft 365:

      • Microsoft 365 allows for the creation of auto-labeling policies that automatically apply sensitivity labels to emails and documents based on predefined conditions. These policies can be configured to detect specific sensitive information types and apply the appropriate labels. This method ensures that all emails containing sensitive data are labeled accordingly, regardless of how they are sent.

    1. 2. Using Microsoft Graph API:

      • For more granular control, you can utilize the Microsoft Graph API to apply sensitivity labels programmatically. By integrating Graph API calls within your Power Automate flow, you can set sensitivity labels on emails or documents as needed. This approach requires a more advanced setup and familiarity with API integrations.

For a visual demonstration and additional options on automatically applying sensitivity labels, you might find the following video helpful:

By implementing one of these methods, you can ensure that sensitivity labels are appropriately applied to emails sent through Power Automate.

I hope it works! Waiting your feedback! :)

    Have a wonderfulday! :)
