The Flow I am using,
When A new email arrives V3
and Send email v2
In send email v2 I am adding the attchement by click on plus button
using this I am getting a single email but two attachments
1) attachment is correct one and other attachment with an invalid attachment file
The outcome which I need I must get only one email and one attachment when I have only one attachment

I think extra one attachment is coming due to images present in email signature , may be. it is an inline attachment
so we can use like this design to take care of it
