How to use Distinct with a dropdown

Hi, currently I have a dropdown box that is linked to a gallery to display information from a table in Dataverse.

The dropdowns current items property is set to Schedules.'Pool Room Name'

"Schedules" being the table and "'Pool Room Name'" being the column I want to display. In the 'Pool Room Name' column I have 3 records added with the same name and all 3 are showing up in the dropdown. I've tried looking up how the dropdown works but can't seem to get it to. If anyone knows how I would do this please let me know!

Distinct(Schedules, 'Pool Room Name')

Yeah, I've tried that solution but I keep getting the error:
"Incompatible types for comparison. These types can't be compared: Text, Error.
We can't evaluate your formula because the values being compared in the formula aren't the same type."

Thank you for the help but I have found a new solution to my problem. Instead of using the dropdown box, I'm now using a combo box and changed my pool name column to a choice and that got it working!
