I am an owner of a team, I have created a simple approval template. When I submit this approval I can see it in the 'Approvals' section on the left hand side of Teams. Are these approvals not saved into a sharepoint list somewhere that I can view / access online?

I'm simply trying to approve the approval, and save the details into a sharepoint list.

I have looked into this for an onboarding app, but at that time it was not possible to see them directly. Even though the list when viewed in Teams looks suspiciously similar to a sharepoint list, I couldn't find it.

Ended up creating a 'shadowlist', where you store the information of the approval via automate. Downside is that there are no triggers for creating an approval, which means you have to trigger a flow someplace else, then send the approval from the flow, otherwise you're unable to collect the information.

I'd like to know if this is possible also, so i can get rid of this weird construction

Been looking at this all day and seems overly complicated, glad i'm not the only one
