I need some help, i want to create 2 forms in microsoft list, so that could be a button to navigate between them. Is there anyone who can help me with this i need it into my power automate.

@zbegumdost show me but giving me step by step, so can apply accordingly.
e.g SHEQ NCR Form1 has fields already, but its seperated to form2(Corrective and Preventative Action Form) want these forms to be single page with button to navigate between them. E.g if i am submitting the form1 with URL link to edit. Second person must be able to edit second form the URl link is coming from sharepoint. I hope make some sense, meaning these forms have 2 different URL link, URL link must be one central so they can see both forms with navigation button to take them so can edit. Power Automate has to follow this logic with my flow for correct triggers.
