Hi

I have tho HTML tables, one from a sharepoint distribution list and from excel.

Both HTML tables have a client Id as key value. Now I need to send an email based on teh email adresses of on table with the html content of the other table.

Somehow I cant uss the email adresses, hence somehow I cannot connect the key fields to each other.

Adding the distribuition HTML values to the other HTML would be best, however dont know how to do that.

Anybody any suggestions?

HI this is the flow I currently have.

The excel file contains data of clients, the first apply to each combines all the data per client

The second apply to each combines the clients (with its data) per manager

The sharepoint list contains the clients and related manager email adresses which need to be notified.

Issue is that certain managers get all clients, or two clients etc. So not perse one manager per client.

Can you try on these lines? I have attached a sample flow. It can be optimised further.

    1) Get all records form SP list

    2) Find distinct managers

    3) Loop through each manager and get all the client names

    4) Filter the excel records for that client name and build an HTML table

Hi thanks, unfortunatley I dont seem to get the Parse JSON part working.

I have added a link to my flow my flow

The linking field is "Entiteit" which is part of the SP list and is already unique

Further the Excel has also multiple fields containing this Entiteit field.

    So

step 1 is combining all the rows per "Entiteit"  in excel

step 2 should be combining the multiple overviews of "entiteit" based on the "TO" field

step 3 sending the overview to "TO" of all the rows related to one or more "Entiteit"

Related to your example I guess:

1 get all records from SP list

    2 Find distinct "TO"

3 Loop to each "TO" and get all "Entiteit" fields

4 Combine all excel rows based on Entiteit (preferable a header per Entiteit)
