Best Practice for Version Control for PAD & Associated Scripts

Hey all,

We have a couple dozen PAD scripts that are called from various cloud flows. Along with those, there are about 3 dozen scripts that are written in python, some that are Powershell, and other misc files that we need to start to properly version control.

So I have two questions in one here:

Does PAD / Power Automate Cloud offer any versioning yet (outside of grouping in solutions and exporting manually)?

What is the best practices you use for the associated scripts that are not part of the flows directly?

I'm used to using Github, and I know we could set up an organization there, then add users / repos on an org level, but was wondering if there was a better "best practice" solution. If I was to use something like nuget or chocolatey, are there any file type restrictions (i.e. are .sh files supported)?

Thanks!
