Hello all,

I am quite new to Power Automate.

I have little trouble to solve my current task. I've looked into google, YouTube, this community page but I couldn't find right solution.

I have share Point folder where I receive every day CSV file via API transfer.
In format "Name of report_YYYY-MM-DD.csv"
Headers are always the same but content might differ. Sometimes it might be empty. (Just headers)

In this example I have there just 5 columns.

In real life I have there around 30 columns and few hundreds of rows.

My aim is to extract content of csv's my new SharePoint list.

I have in my folder few  hundred's of csv's and I get every day new file.

Would you be so kind and try to help on my basic example?

Many thanks.

Andrej

    Hi @AndrejZitnay

According to your description, you want to parse a csv file and add the content to a SharePoint List.

I created a flow based on the information you provided . You can take a try with the following steps to see if it helps.

This is my test csv file.

    Flow in details:

Then save and run the flow. After that copy the CSV Data from Parse CSV action.

Next step: Edit the flow and add Parse JSON action.

Click â€˜Generate from sample’ and paste the JSON schema copied from â€˜Parse CSV’ action in it.

Then save and test the flow.

After flow runs, the csv file content will be add into sharepoint list.
