Action Involving a Sharepoint List

Hi! So Im trying to create a flow that adds an item to a sharepoint list thats inside of a channel in a group of Microsoft Teams.

The problem is that the flow fails to save each time I try to add an Add Item or Get Items action for sharepoint and gives me this error:

Encountered internal server error from Azure Resource Manager. The tracking Id is '5ef3375a-2626-4e22-9bf1-998b97d35de0'

Aside from that there is no other message showing where the error is.

Appreciate all the help that you could give me

    Hi,

I wasn't able to duplicate the issue.  I created a List inside my channel and added a couple of dummy items.  Next I went to make.powerautomate.com and created a new test flow and added an item to my List (the one that is inside my channel) and it was successful.

Can you give a little more detail please?  Are you creating a flow in Power Automate or using the Automate tool inside Teams?  Also, make sure you have permissions to add items to the list - could be the root cause!

Hi Trice, thanks for the answer

Im the Admin of my company in charge of all the things that have to do with our Microsoft Accounts so I think I have the permissions to add items to the list but Im not 100% sure of it since I just started learning all of this process.

    This should be it
Sorry, all my screenshots will be in Spanish, its my natal language.

So Im currently developing the flow on make.powerautomate.com but if you think that it could be a problem I should be able to take it to Teams.

Ill try again to add those actions today to see if it was a server issue or if its still happening. Also Ill try to move it to Teams to see if that fixes it
