Flows "Condition" not working

Hi All,
 
I am fairly new to using Flows and could use some help on a problem I am experiencing. I am attempting to create a flow that moves information from one SharePoint list to another, but only after a certain condition has been met. For this Flow, the hope is to move information from one list to another after a column in the first list has been updated to have an answer of "registered." The Flow is almost working, but the issue is, even if the column in the first list does not contain the word "registered," all of the information is being moved over. Any tips would be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much!

    You'll have better luck getting an answer to your post if you include a screen shot of your flow so folks know what you have configured. Since there are so many different ways one could approach your problem, one can only guess what you've done.
