Auto-archive folders from a local server in Sharepoint online

Hi,

I would like to automate the archiving process.

We use to store documents in a local server and we upload them in SharePoint to ensure all documents are available for audit purposes (those needed ones).

I would like to replicate the information I have in my local server in the respective folder in SharePoint Online.

Is that possible?
