Time out Issue - using the Adobe PDF Services connector in Power Automate to convert word to PDF

Team,

We are using Adobe PDF Services connector in Power Automate for converting the word document to PDF.

It works fine with the word document that has 1 or 2 pages.But it throws timeout error while trying to convert word document that has 5 pages to PDF.

We have not purchased this service yet.

we are currently analyzing Adobe PDF Services connector suits our requirement, then we will be intimating the client to purchase.

we would like to know whether the timeout issue is occurring due to trial version

    Hi @Anonymous 

    I have made a test on my side with Adobe PDF Services Connector free trial version and don't have the issue that you mentioned,it can convert word document that has 5 pages to PDF fine, so timeout issue shouldn't be occurring due to trial version.

    Thank you for your quick reply. Below is the error we are getting while trying to convert the word document that has 5 pages to pdf.

    If the error code 500 or 502 appears, the failure is temporary or transient.

    Please click or tap Resubmit to try the flow again.

    I tried resubmit, still the same error occurs.

    Only community support is available for us.  Can you please help me fixing this issue?
