Hi all,
Is it possible to setup an automation that closes 100 ServiceNow tickets with a specific prefix in the "Short Description". (E.g. close all tickets with Short Description "HR Report Template").

Haven't used this service now action before, but based on some thoughts > i think this would helps
1. Under Service Now actions, you can find list records, which you can help to list records from service now
2. Now once you get list of records from service now from this above action, use delete record to delete a given record by looping through list of records 🙂
