Power Automate Desktop was running on my Windows 10 system and starting giving Communication errors. I uninstalled it and then tried to reinstall it. The install fails. I tried all of the workarounds in the other posts but does not work:

Please check the Application logs in Windows Event Viewer for an error log at the time of the failure. It usually provides better details on the error there.

A couple of common errors I have been experiencing with several of my clients are:

    1. The user presumably not having permissions to stop the Power Automate Service. The service then hangs on status "Stopping". You then need to terminate the process via Windows Task Manager, stop the service manually after it restarts and then try installing again.
    2. The profile cannot be loaded. This is usually related to the fact that Windows does not allow Power Automate Service to run as the default NT Service\UIFlowService account. The solution to this is installing PAD via CMD line by passing a property to skip assigning an account to the service and then running a troubleshooter after the installation.

See more tips for other possible issues here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/power-automate-desktop-installation-troubleshooting-b2c93d3f-5a90-450a-833d-920a25f2d967
