Hi I wonder this is already posted in the past, but I encountered this issue.
I received a local time stamp info from my PowerApps Canvas app with the round-trip format (fig below), and for a reason I need to change the time zone to UTC to set [Delay Until] timer. I simply use [Convert Time Zone] as the following image fig by setting UTC in Destination Time Zone, however the same as time stamp returned. I tried anything else such as "Local>UTC+8:00" or any other timezone, it's working fine and dandy. Only when I set the destination to UTC, no luck. I took an alternative (converting UTC to local time) and it's working.
Is this a bug, or do I misunderstand something?
