Gateway Timeout error even though flow has completed

Whenever a form is completed the flow times out but the destination sheet is populated

I have already remapped the flow from scratch and getting the same results.

When this flow runs, the destination sheet populates fine. Over the weekend when it ran, there were also multiple entries appearing which appear to be linked to the timeout. Some form submissions appeared x2, x3, one oven appeared x6.

The flow is classing them as 'failed' but the end sheet has all the info. It is as if there is an extra step the flow is trying to perform once the sheet has been populated.

For reference, this flow has worked fine for a week and a half beforehand, with ~250 responses. There is also a sheet in this workbook populated by another flow from another form but this is working fine (so far) with ~600 responses in the same time period.

    Hello @Crussell1983

In the Flow run, we can see the flow did 2 attempts and after was able to execute the request.

    Hi @analmei

It did multiple attempts but each one populated the table, so I ended up with 3 entries for one form submission.

    Hello @Crussell1983 ,

So you are saying that even failing the record gets created and the retry duplicates the record recreated?

Do you already try to collect network traces while testing the flow to see the requests?

    Best regards,

    Hi Crussel,

did you resolve the issue with GatewayTimeout? I am getting the same error on my flow when it tries to add a row in a table.

    Thx
