Struggling to get my flow to pickup the TRUE condition in my Excel table and send me an email

I have setup an Excel table Called "DataSource_Process" and have added a column at the end called Duplicate Project Nos.

It looks for duplicate Project OP Codes and brings back a TRUE or FALSE based on the following Countif formula that looks to see if there is more then 1 entry of a Project OP Code

Ive then setup the following Flow that doesnt seem to work, because it wont send me an email when it finds a TRUE value.  What am i doing wrong?

    @hdhillon

    In your condition on the right side, change TRUE to True.

    I know that you may have entered it in Excel as TRUE, but if you check the output of the list rows action, I think you'll see that True is what is returned.

    @ScottShearer  I made the change and it worked

    When I checked through the flow run history.  Im found that it only shows upto 256 run conditions. Is that significant?

    If I have a duplicate at say row 350, it doesnt  send me an email

    Great question!

    Excel returns only 256 rows by default.  Here is a link that shows you how to easily overcome the 256 rows limit
