Hello,
I recently published my dashboard and connected it with refresh dataset button as shown
sometimes it works and sometime not, i get this error when it does not
my licence is power bi Pro and I got trial fabric for the next 2 months.

It looks like you are crossing the limit of 120 post-row requests per minute of data, so I think your flow is okay, but it should be triggered according to its limit.

can you please explain this in more details, what does that mean? should I try to minimize the data used or visualization ?
It means that you are crossing the limit of the API by testing it again and again, that's why it says that you are "Hitting an action limit" and there is another possibility that you reaching the Power BI limits datasets on shared capacity to eight scheduled daily dataset refreshes, so I would suggest you test it on a smaller scale (Only 8 time a day) of data to observe if it's hitting the limit.
