Hi all
I am having a very annoying issue and do not know if it something I am doing wrong.
Basically when a Responder fills out a form they get a copy of their replies in a certain format. I have a condition that one email will be sent with specific replies.
The problem I am having is that both Emails need to be in a certain format, I copy and paste both Email bodies but when I go to save and then run the Automate the Email shows in a completely different text and layout. when I then go back into Automate it shows the same way as the Email, the other one works fine anyone had the same issues or know how to resolve it?
